"There was a delay because of going to wrong hotel for pickup. There was two Travelodge's close by so an easy mistake to make. It was sorted out with text between driver, myself and office. The customers couldn't speak any English, they had just arrived from Ukraine so I was acting as intermediary for them from another part of the country.
At one point I was worried that the taxi would be cancelled but the company did good and the driver turn round and arrived to take them to Euston Station. The drivers can not get out of the car and leave the cars unattended, so do expect to be outside waiting for cab if you can. "
